Free legal support for PACEY members
PACEY members can call PACEY's legal advice line
for free professional advice on any legal problem they have with
their career or personal life.
The free legal advice service is a membership benefit that
applies to members of PACEY who are resident in the
United Kingdom, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. It also
applies to members who are working on British Forces Posted
Overseas (BFPO) bases within British Territorial Limits.
Direct response to member feedback
PACEY has responded to member feedback
and made significant improvements to its legal provision, including
better support with debt recovery. We've partnered with an
established legal insurer - Composite Legal Expenses - to provide
members with an enhanced service.
How to use the legal line
Members of PACEY can access legal advice
from the new legal line, open between 8am and 6pm,
with an emergency service operating outside of these hours to
provide 24/7 coverage.

Members now benefit from £50,000 legal
expenses insurance to protect them in the event of:
- Contract Disputes*
- Employment Disputes
- Defence against Criminal Prosecution
- Protection of Registration
- Personal Injury
