Your feedback is important to us
We aim to give all our stakeholders – childcarers, families,
local authorities, colleges and other support agencies – the
highest standards of service. We welcome feedback on all aspects of
our work as it is invaluable in helping us evaluate and improve
what we do.
Compliments, suggestions and any other general comments can be
online, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or over the phone
on 0300 003 0005.
If you have a concern about any aspect of PACEY's work, try to
have a chat about it with a member of our staff – perhaps a local
member of PACEY staff, someone in the relevant head office
department, or member of the membership services team line. Many
issues are resolved in this way, but if you are still not happy,
you may want to make a formal complaint.
Formal complaints must be made in writing using our compliments, comments
and complaints form .
