The Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY) is a standard-setting organisation. We promote best practice and support childcare professionals to deliver high standards of care and learning.

We employ approximately 160 people, of whom around one third are based at our headquarters in Bromley, south east London and the remainder in locations across England and Wales.

We have a wide variety of roles across the organisation, from front-line support and development workers to policy and research professionals.

Our ambitious strategy is to become the professional association for everyone in childcare and early years. With challenging goals to achieve, we need talented and ambitious individuals to join us. Our members work to high standard and, rightly, expect high standards from their association.
