Training and continuous professional development (CPD) helps you to develop your knowledge, skills and self confidence; increase the standards of care and learning you give to the children in your care and support you to achieve your aspirations for career progression.

Training requirements and opportunities may be different depending on whether you live in England or Wales, and these pages will help give you more information.
