Training and continuous professional
development (CPD) helps you to develop your knowledge, skills and
self confidence; increase the standards of care and learning you
give to the children in your care and support you to achieve your
aspirations for career progression.
Training requirements and opportunities may be different
depending on whether you live in England or Wales, and these pages
will help give you more information.
As a member of PACEY you make a commitment to high
standards of care and learning for children and demonstrate your
professionalism by signing up to our Professional Standards, our
of ethics and agreeing to undertake at least 15 hours
