Our legal support services can offer you specialist advice about professional employment or business management issues, as well as answer questions about personal matters such as property, parking fines, your Will, or even family law.

PACEY legal helpline – free to all members

Our free legal helpline is available to all PACEY members, 24 hours a day. You can talk to our legally-trained helpline staff about anything that you need legal help with, from employment through to family or property issues.

They will help you to understand the relevant UK laws, your options and what you should do next. You can even ask advice on behalf of your family and friends.

PACEY legal assurance advice line for childminders

Our childminding legal assurance advice line offers extra legal support to childminders who are PACEY members and who use our contracts for their work.

If you are dealing with a legal issue relating to a client, our qualified lawyers can take up your case and act on your behalf, including taking the case to the small claims court if necessary. This service is included in your PACEY membership.

Direct Debit details

All the normal safeguards and guarantees apply to on-line Direct Debits. No changes in the amount, date or frequency to be debited can be made without notifying you at least 10 working days in advance of your account being debited. In the event of any error, you are entitled to an immediate refund from your bank or building society. You have the right to cancel a Direct Debit instruction at any time simply by writing to your bank or building society, with a copy to us.

In order to set up your Direct Debit Instruction on-line you will need to provide the following information through the setting up procedure (your cheque book or debit card contains all the bank details you require):
