Direct Debit details

All the normal safeguards and guarantees apply to on-line Direct Debits. No changes in the amount, date or frequency to be debited can be made without notifying you at least 10 working days in advance of your account being debited. In the event of any error, you are entitled to an immediate refund from your bank or building society. You have the right to cancel a Direct Debit instruction at any time simply by writing to your bank or building society, with a copy to us.

In order to set up your Direct Debit Instruction on-line you will need to provide the following information through the setting up procedure (your cheque book or debit card contains all the bank details you require):

Payment options

Choose to renew your membership online or by phone, with a one-off payment, or through our affordable payment plans. We are not able to accept cheques or postal orders.

Choose Direct Debit and you'll never have to worry about losing your insurance cover*, membership benefits or discounts. Each year we will send you advance notice of your new membership fee before renewing your plan.


You can renew your membership online up to six weeks before your renewal date using a debit or credit card.

Visit MyPACEY and log into the secure member area. You will need your membership number and your MyPACEY password. It's important to log in to renew so that you make sure to renew your existing membership, and not accidentally create a new account. 

If you're due to renew, your MyPACEY page will show a banner inviting you to renew online. Just follow the on-screen instructions, check that your details are correct and enter your payment details. You will receive an email from us confirming that you have renewed your membership once your payment is completed.

Logging into MyPACEY

Not accessed MyPACEY before? Simply follow the steps below:

  • Go to the MyPACEY members’ area login page.
  • Type your PACEY membership number and use your postcode as your password.
  • Choose a new password.
  • Receive your authorisation email (if you haven’t provided PACEY with your email address, you’ll be asked to enter it)
  • Click on the link in the email and enter your new password and visit MyPACEY to renew.
