You could also try

Make your own snowmen as visual props for this. You can then number them and take the snowman labelled with number 5 away, and then the 4, etc, as you sing the song.

You can make snowmen by printing on coloured paper or card with half a potato dipped in white paint. You could try drawing around a saucer and a cup on white paper, cut out your circles and join them together. Decorate your snowmen as you please.

  • 2 cups baking soda, 
  • 2 teaspoons of washing up liquid, 
  • 2 tablespoons salt, 
  • 8 tablespoons water 

Then add some vinegar – talk about what is happening.
