This short film from the University of Northampton outlines why Early Childhood Development must be at the heart of the United Nations’ post-2015 Development goals. The video was premiered at the United Nations yesterday and urges the decision makers to make a difference for all children and their families, regardless of where they are born.
Championed by the MP, Dame Tessa Jowell, the campaign video reiterates the view that we make the biggest difference in a child’s life by investing during their earliest years.
A petition has been set up as part of the campaign, directed at UN Secretary General Ba Ki-Moon and all UN Member States, urging the United Nations to put early childhood development at the heart of the development framework.
PACEY has signed the petition, and you can do so at http://chn.ge/19mn5CX
