What do you get when a group of passionate PACEY Local facilitators get together? A whole lot of inspiration, networking and knowledge sharing.
On Saturday 16th January our dedicated group of PACEY Local facilitators were invited to PACEY’s Head Office for a special volunteers’ day. Here they had an opportunity to share their knowledge and expertise, were given updates on policy developments and the chance to answer questions.
The agenda included CPD training on reflective practice and peer support, taking part in knowledge sharing about SEN activities, group discussions and inspiration for local activities from volunteers alongside further networking opportunities.
Following the event our amazing volunteers gave us some heart-warming feedback that we’d love to share:
Doreen Williams: "We had a lovely day good to meet up with like-minded people"
Charlotte Greeno: "Thank you so much PACEY team for another great networking day"
Susan Mortimer: "Really enjoyed the day. Very welcoming and relaxed approach to an informative day. Well done to all those who shared and thank you for information. Great lunch and loved the picnic."
Pippa Pipkins Ashton: "Thanks for a great day. Lovely to meet so many new people."
Sally Mcgeown: "Fab day everything was relevant and useful. Lovely catching up with old friends and great to make new ones too!"
Georgina Jones: "Brilliant day. Really useful info. Lovely to meet old and new friends."
