PACEY strikes gold at MemCom Awards 2016

PACEY is delighted to announce that it has won ‘Main Member Website’ at the prestigious MemCom Awards 2016.

PACEY’s newly designed and improved website was cited by judges as being ‘exceptional’. Improved content; functionality; personalisation; meaningful reports and a significant uplift in users lead to PACEY scooping a trophy.

PACEY was also highly commended in three further categories:

  • Magazine - Professional Association or Royal College: PACEY was highly commended for its recently redesigned Childcare Professional magazine. The magazine is distributed to PACEY’s 30,000+ membership base

  • Magazine – Charity: PACEY’s Childcare Professional magazine was highly commended

  • Best use of Social Media: PACEY was highly commended in this category for its swift and meaningful response on social media to negative comments about childminders.

MemCom (short for Membership Communications) is a resource for membership bodies, charities and not for profits. The awards are now in their 11th year. The winners were announced today at an awards dinner in central London.

Liz Bayram, Chief Exec, PACEY comments: “We are absolutely delighted that we now have an award-winning website, and that PACEY was highly commended in a further three categories for our magazine and social media. It is testament to a great deal of hard work that goes on behind the scenes. We take pride in our member communications, after all our members play a crucial role in building bright futures for the children and families they care for. Our website and other communication channels are all part of supporting them in their vital work.”
