Childcare offer in Wales

Following previous updates shared by PACEY Cymru on the Childcare offer in Wales, Welsh Government and the wider sector are now looking for childcare provider involvement in a number of focus groups, engagement events and feedback opportunities in coming weeks and months.

This is your opportunity to have your say around the challenges and opportunities the childcare offer may bring. PACEY Cymru is working closely with Welsh Government to ensure the voice of the sector is represented and that specific issues relevant to home based childcare are considered as the offer develops, maximising opportunity for all.  PACEY Cymru feel strongly about the need to support sustainability and quality improvement of childcare while ensuring that the offer meets the meets of working parents and that parental choice of provision is a key consideration.
