Latest statistics on 30 hours released

The Department for Education (DfE) has released the latest statistics on the number of 30 hours childcare codes issued and validated for the autumn term 2018 and the final numbers for the end of the summer term 2018. This follows statistics released in May 2018 on the use of 30 hours childcare for the summer term up to 7th May 2018.

Since then, there has been a 2% increase in codes validated, correct as of 9 July. However, for the autumn term, only 50% of codes issues have been validated as of 9 July.

Department for Education also published the latest local authority breakdown for July 2018. Please do remind your parents that they must validate their codes as soon as possible for the autumn term.
