NEWS: Sector responds to CMA's unfair investigation into childcare providers

The Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY), the National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA) and the Scottish Childminding Association (SCMA) have written a joint letter to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) requesting urgent clarification from them about how the investigation into early education and childcare providers will be conducted and that we be included going forward.
