This week the Department for Education has clarified that its additional funding for entitlements over the next three years, first announced at the Autumn Budget 2021, will be lower than the figures PACEY and others in the sector were informed of when originally announced in October last year.

Welsh Government have announced new relaxations to some of the requirements in the National Minimum Standards (NMS) for regulated childcare from the 17th January up to 1 April 2022.  Mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi cyhoeddi llacio newydd i rai o'r gofynion yn y Safonau Gofynnol Cenedlaethol (NMS) ar gyfer gofal plant a reoleiddir o 17 Ionawr hyd at 1 Ebrill 2022.
