Uncovering the joy

I spend a lot of time on social media - it's a key part of my job as PACEY's Digital Communications Manager. One of the things I love most about it is reading about the moments of joy that professional childcarers experience through their work.

Keeping track of discovered joy

I can sometimes find it a real challenge to remember to see the joy in the daily grind. Even when I know that there are myriad things to be grateful for during the course of my working day.

And I bet that if you're anything like any of the childcare professionals I've met and chatted to over the last 14 years, you'll be really good at keeping track of and sharing children's WOW! moments with their parents.

If you're not already doing it, take an extra five minutes in the day to keep track of your own. Treat yourself to a new notebook and start noting down those little moments as a childcare professional that bring you joy.

And then share your own WOW! moments with us by posting at
