Get inspired at Childcare Expo London - opening next week

Childcare Expo London has announced a reputable line-up of education experts and leading early years suppliers to give CPD seminars at the show when it returns to Olympia London next week on 1 and 2 March.

Some of the biggest names in the sector are due to give CPD seminars at the show, including Claire Warden, Cheryl Bedding, Penny Fisher and Elizabeth Coffey from Ofsted, and president of PACEY, Penny Tassoni. Seminar topics include supporting literacy development in the early years, nature pedagogy, leadership and inspiring staff, and improving the settling in process for children and parents. Early Years Minister, Nadhim Zahawi MP will also be opening the show at 10am, before giving a free keynote speech to visitors.

The workshop area will be filled with fun and creative sessions for visitors to get involved in throughout the two days – including a workshop from CBeebies’ presenter, Sid Sloane, who will run an interactive session about ‘Brain Health’, and will be keeping the crowds entertained throughout the day on Saturday 2 March.

Childcare Expo’s most popular feature areas are set to return to this year’s event, including ‘Your Business Café’, which gives visitors the opportunity to get free professional advice from business experts, whilst sitting down with a free cake or coffee. Also coming to the London show for the first time is the #ChildcareExpoRocks area, where visitors will have the chance to let out their creative sides and paint colourful rocks to either take back to their settings, or go out and hide in their local areas for other people to find and brighten their day.

Childcare Expo London promises to provide visitors with lots of new ideas and inspiration to take back to their settings, as well as a host of competitions and special offers on all the latest resources from leading brands - providing a great day out for everyone working in the early years and beyond.

Doors to the show open at 10am on Friday 1 and Saturday 2 March, and the first one hundred visitors on both days will receive exclusive free goody bags filled with exciting gifts from exhibitors. To get your free tickets today or for further information, click here or call 01425 838393.
