PACEY Cymru is at the heart of childcare in Wales, working in partnership with four experienced childcare organisations as ‘Cwlwm’ (Childcare Wales Learning and Working Mutually

Cwlwm brings together the five leading childcare organisations in Wales to deliver a bilingual integrated service that will ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families across Wales.

We work closely with our partners to ensure families across Wales have access to affordable, quality childcare and create flexible childcare and play opportunities which meet their needs.

Cwlwm partner organisations are

  • Mudiad Meithrin (who are the lead for Cwlwm)
  • Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs
  • National Day Nurseries Association Cymru
  • Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY Cymru)
  • Wales Pre-School Providers Association

Representing you in Wales

Funding for Cwlwm runs to 2017 and ensures PACEY Cymru can support members in Wales, other childminders and partners, including local authorities, the Welsh Government and their statutory agencies. It allows us to:

  • Help develop and implement national, regional and local policy
  • Develop our services across Wales
  • Represent the childcare and early years sector in Wales
  • Support the Welsh Government to ensure families across Wales have access to affordable, quality childcare
  • Be a source of information, expertise, knowledge and training to key partners across Wales.

Direct Debit details

All the normal safeguards and guarantees apply to on-line Direct Debits. No changes in the amount, date or frequency to be debited can be made without notifying you at least 10 working days in advance of your account being debited. In the event of any error, you are entitled to an immediate refund from your bank or building society. You have the right to cancel a Direct Debit instruction at any time simply by writing to your bank or building society, with a copy to us.

In order to set up your Direct Debit Instruction on-line you will need to provide the following information through the setting up procedure (your cheque book or debit card contains all the bank details you require):
