At PACEY (Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years) we work hard to promote best practice and support childcare professionals to deliver high standards of care and learning.

We employ around 60 people, about a third of whom are based at our headquarters in Bromley, south east London. The remainder work in offices or are home-based across England and Wales. All staff are currently working from home through the coronavirus pandemic.

We have a wide variety of roles across the organisation, from front-line support and development workers - working directly with childcare professionals - to policy and communications professionals - speaking on members' behalf to government.

Our ambitious strategy is to become the professional association for everyone in childcare and early years. With challenging goals to achieve, we need talented and ambitious individuals to join us. Our members work to high standards and, rightly, expect high standards from their association.
