PACEY has various accounts across social media that we use to inform and connect with members and other interested people. You can find other ways of communicating with us via the Contact us section of the website. Formal complaints must be made in writing using our compliments, comments and complaints form. We do not accept complaints via social media.

The Facebook account of the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY) - www.facebook.com/paceylocal - is managed by the MarComms team on behalf of the wider organisation.

Content on the Facebook page will include:

  • Details of benefits for members, including competitions and giveaways
  • Latest news and comment on relevant issues
  • Shared content from other members and other relevant sources

Liking PACEY on Facebook

"Liking" our page means you will be kept up to date with our activity. 

Our sharing others' content does not imply endorsement of any kind.

Availability

PACEY monitors its Facebook account during office hours, Monday to Friday, and occasionally at evenings and weekends. Content is scheduled throughout the week. 

Comments and direct messages

We welcome feedback from our followers and do read all of the comments that we receive. Where possible, we reply to comments and join in conversations where we can. We cannot, however, respond individually to all messages we received.

Members in Wales may want to follow PACEY Cymru on Facebook.
